At Arvelo, we're happy to offer FREE shipping on all orders, no minimum required.
Order Processing Times
Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched after it's placed. Your order is considered dispatched once it's been handed off to our shipping carrier and is on its way to you. During peak periods and holidays, processing times may extend up to 3-4 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times refer to the transit time after your order has been dispatched to the carrier. Delivery windows will vary depending on your location. Please see the estimated delivery times for your country below:

Please note that during peak periods and holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays in transit and tracking updates that are outside of our control. For international orders, unexpected customs delays may also extend the overall delivery timeframe.
Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect information may result in processing delays or order cancellation.
If our system detects an address issue, our support team will email you within 3 business days to verify your details. If we don't hear back within that time, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Noticed a mistake in your shipping details? Email us at hello@getarvelo.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to make the correction. We can't guarantee changes can be made after that window.
Delayed Deliveries
We know how important it is to receive your order on time, and we do everything we can to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. That said, there are occasional delays outside of our control, including courier disruptions, severe weather, address verification issues, or payment processing delays.
If anything comes up that may affect your order, we'll notify you as soon as possible. Please note that Arvelo is not liable for delays caused by external factors, and we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. We'll always keep you informed and do our best to help resolve any issues that arise.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been handed off to our courier partner, it is outside of our direct control. If your package appears to be lost or stolen, please contact us at hello@getarvelo.com and we'll do everything we can to help.
We also recommend reaching out to the courier directly to file a claim, as most carriers have a formal process for these situations. We'll follow up with the courier on your behalf and keep you updated.
Please note that Arvelo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and these fall outside of our standard refund policy. However, depending on the circumstances, we may be able to offer a replacement. If your package cannot be located, we recommend filing a police report.
