Cancellation Policy
Need to cancel or make changes to your order? Please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once that window has passed, your order will have entered processing and we may not be able to make changes. If you cancel within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

We're confident in what Arvelo products can do — which is why we back every purchase with a 60-day money back guarantee. We ask that you give your product a fair try for at least 14 days before requesting a return, so you can experience the full benefits. If you're still not happy after that, simply reach out within the 60-day window and we'll take care of it. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged Items
Every Arvelo order is carefully packed to arrive in perfect condition. If your item arrives with a defect or is physically broken, we want to know right away. Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at hello@getarvelo.com and include a clear photo of the damage. We'll review your case and, if eligible, send a replacement at no cost to you.
Please note: damaged packaging (dented boxes, scuffed wrapping, etc.) where the product itself is intact is not considered damage. We're also unable to offer refunds, replacements, or returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping & Delivery
We do everything we can to get your order to you quickly and safely. However, once your order leaves our hands, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, or other factors outside our control. For delivery issues, we recommend contacting your courier directly.
Please note that Arvelo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at hello@getarvelo.com. If we're not notified within that window and the order has already been dispatched, we won't be able to issue a resend or refund.
